Shipping Information
All orders are typically processed and posted within 48 hours, however this could be longer during busy seasonal periods.
Shipping costs are based on the number of toppers ordered. Free shipping is available, or you can select First Class postage for the UK from just £3.20.
Please ensure you order your toppers within plenty time of your event.
UK Delivery
We use Royal Mail and we offer free standard delivery, please allow 2-5 working days for delivery.
If you require your toppers quicker then we do have the following services available:
- Royal Mail 1st class delivery available (please allow 1-3 working days for delivery)
- Royal Mail 24 Tracked (please allow 1-2 working days for delivery).
International Delivery
For overseas orders you can choose from the following shipping methods:
- International Tracked (5-10 working days)
- UPS International Express (3-5 working days)
We reserve the right to extend delivery timescales at any time due to external delays such as industrial action.
Returns
Since these are edible products, returns are not accepted.
Refunds will be processed only in case of faulty receipt of items. Evidence may be required.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please understand that due to the nature of our product we have tried our upmost best to wrap the products to the best of our ability and some items may be slightly damaged due to shipping which is out of our control.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your evidence of "receipt of faulty items", and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
